Team building day at Alpha
Last Friday at Alpha Control, we all enjoyed a much needed day out karting and aligning as a team! The morning started out at Teamsport Warrington where we had the whole track to ourselves. There was lots of laughs, some strong competition and a couple of very VERY near misses! But the morning ended on a high with everyone in one piece and on to the Village Hotel just around the corner. We all got tucked straight in to some lovely grub and then we headed down to a refreshingly air conditioned conference room for the afternoon. With the help of Emerson our business coach, we shared our vision as a business and asked for everyone’s help and ideas to achieve this. We looked at what we could do better, what we should keep doing and what we needed to stop doing. The response was fantastic as the ideas and conversation went enthusiastically into the afternoon and even early evening! We aren’t prefect and there are lots of changes ahead of us, we knew that. But Friday gave everyone an opportunity to be heard, and we now all move forward with a much better understanding of each other and a clearer vision.
Thank you to everyone at Alpha Control for your hard work and continued support. Thank you to Emerson at Bright Business Advice for coming all the way from Milton Keynes to deliver a fantastic team alignment day for us! And thank you to Teamsport Warrington and The Village Hotel for your hospitality.
